All customers' parts received must undergo stringent pre-coating, and post-coating inspection. Before coating, all pre-coated parts must be pre-cleaned with industrial grade multiple stage ultrasonic washing process and our unique plasma cleaning. Coating process is done under high vacuum using our patent pending, fully computerized, Magnetic-enhanced Cathodic Arc coating process(USA Patent No: US11/041,789). All outgoing coated parts are inspected with precision instruments specific t℃oating industry to guarantee quality and consistency of all our coated parts delivered to our customers.
